How To Jailbreak iPhone
• Download the latest version of iTunes and install it
• Launch iTunes, connect your device to your PC or laptop, and synchronize all your files so you don’t lose anything you had originally stored. Note: You also need to backup all your files.
• Download a software that will jailbreak iPhone
• Download your appropriate iOS 4.1 firmware bundle (IPSW file).
• If you’re trying to jailbreak an iPhone, the software will ask if you have an iPhone contract that would activate normally through iTunes.
• Connect your gadget to your computer, and follow the instructions that appear to put your device into DFU (restore) mode.
• Launch iTunes.
• Allow iTunes to distinguish your gadget
• iTunes will then recognize your gadget as “in recovery mode” then select “ok”.
• With your gadget selected, hold the Alt key and press the “Restore” button in the iTunes interface. Select your custom IPSW file, and press “Choose” and then click “Restore” to proceed.
• In the final step, you have to wait for the gadget to be restored to the custom firmware bundle. The iPhone screen will show the Apple logo and a progress bar signifying the installation progress. When it reboots, the iPhone will be jailbroken.
